I opened my agency in 2021 after completing the State Farm Agent Aspirant program and currently lead a close-knit team of four. I'm a proud Clemson University graduate, married, and a mom of three. State Farm has become a family affair for us - my daughter now works alongside me, and together we bring more than 50 years of combined agency knowledge and experience to our customers and team.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.


• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.


• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.


• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.


• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.


• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
