I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. State Farm has been part of my life for a long time, my father was a State Farm agent, and after working in State Farm Claims myself, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps and eventually open an agency of my own. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, married, and have three children and one grandson. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors and being in nature.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
