Danny Chung - State Farm Agent is seeking a friendly, proactive Receptionist to join the team in our Skokie, IL office. You will greet customers, manage calls and appointments, and help maintain accurate records while identifying opportunities to discuss insurance options with clients.

Ideal candidates will have receptionist or customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to support a growing agency focused on service excellence and client trust.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding coverage, customer needs, and how to truly help people when it matters most.
