Job summary

Tom Prunty - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly organized receptionist to greet clients, manage calls, schedule appointments and maintain records in a busy office. The ideal candidate will have prior receptionist or customer service experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, basic Microsoft Office and CRM know-how, and a willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 23 years as Vice President of a packaging, trucking, and warehousing company, bringing decades of leadership and business experience into agency ownership. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, have been married for more than 36 years, and am a proud parent of four. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and horseback riding.
