Tim Pruitt - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Springdale, AR. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

You will greet customers, manage scheduling, handle inquiries, and identify opportunities to discuss insurance options, while delivering outstanding service and supporting a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 1989 and currently lead an experienced team of 10. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned my business degree and worked in the aerospace industry. My path to State Farm actually began through football - my college football coach was a State Farm agent and recruited me to pursue the opportunity. Decades later, State Farm has become a family tradition, with my oldest son now an agent as well.

Outside of work, family is incredibly important to me. I’ve been married for 45 years and am a proud grandfather of five. Having played college football myself, athletics have also remained an important part of my life. Our agency stays connected to that passion by sponsoring local high school athletics and supporting programs throughout football season.
