You will warmly greet customers in person and over the phone, direct them to the right team members, manage appointment scheduling, and help maintain organized office communications to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable discussing insurance options with prospects and existing customers.

I opened my agency in 2003 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the hospitality industry, including managing hotels. That experience taught me a lot about leadership, customer service, and creating an environment where people feel welcomed and taken care of.
