Job summary

Rossmoor Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a friendly Receptionist on a part-time basis to greet residents, families, visitors, and staff and manage front desk duties.

This role offers about 28 hours per week at $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with weekend coverage a must (Saturday). Schedule is Tue–Sat with specific shifts.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, professional demeanor, organization and basic computer skills, and a commitment to privacy.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff, we would love to meet you!

The Receptionist serves as an important first point of contact for the facility and helps ensure the front desk operates efficiently and professionally.

Position Details

• Position: Receptionist

• Status: Part-Time

• Schedule: 5 days per week, Tuesday–Saturday

• Hours: Approximately 28 hours per week

• Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

• Location: Rossmoor Post Acute

• Weekend Coverage: Saturday is required

Possible Schedule

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

• Wednesday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

• Thursday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

We have some flexibility with the schedule; however, weekend coverage is a MUST.
