Receptionist/Office Administrator - Hyundai of Trenton

Hyundai of Trenton is hiring an entry-level administrative position and requires attention to detail, basic Microsoft Office skills, and basic math skills. Some of the duties are data entry, use of Excel spreadsheets, reviewing documents, copying, scanning, printing, and filing.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff
  • Greeting customers that visit the dealership
  • Making outbound follow up calls to customers
  • Data entry
  • Process document requests
  • Assist with title follow ups and/or processing
  • Make copies and fax documents
  • Filing
  • Booking deals in the system
  • Contacting customers
  • Daily money reconciliations
  • Reviewing documents and checking for errors
  • Running reports from the system
  • Order supplies
  • Assisting managers on special projects
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Process customer refund checks.
Education And Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • One or more years of administrative work experience (preferred)
  • Ethical and professional
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
