As the Receptionist/ HR support, you are the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer, screen, and direct high-volume incoming calls efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area
Track visitor logs and sign-ins
Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and package deliveries.
Maintain and monitor office supply inventory
Support various departments with administrative needs as required
Assist applicants with completing employment applications and onboarding paperwork.
Collect, review, and organize required employment documents to ensure application files are complete.
Scan and upload applicant and employee documents into company systems.
Forward completed application packets to recruiters and HR staff for processing.
Assist with employee file maintenance and document management.
Support HR with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and administrative projects.
Assist caregivers and employees with general inquiries regarding employment documents and onboarding requirements.
Ensure required certifications, licenses, medicals, and supporting documents are up to date.
Assist with employment verifications and other administrative requests as directed.
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
Bilingual Spanish required
