Zohorecruit is seeking a friendly receptionist in Columbus, OH to be the voice and face of the dealership. The ideal candidate shows reliability, professionalism, and potential for growth, with a willingness to stay long-term within a family-like team.

Responsibilities include standard clerical tasks, greeting visitors, guiding clients, and coordinating with staff for vehicle updates. Compensation depends on experience and is designed to reflect a supportive work culture at the dealership.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
• Compensation is based on experience.

Mansioni

• Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail.
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business.
• Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate.
