Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a welcoming receptionist for our Columbus dealership. You will be the voice and face of our team, handling front-desk duties, greeting visitors, and directing clients to the appropriate staff for vehicle status updates.

We value reliability, professional appearance, and a positive attitude. No extensive experience required; 1–3 months of related exposure is acceptable, and compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training is acceptable.
• Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail.
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business.
• Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate.
