Job summary

Krieger Ford is seeking a motivated Receptionist/Cashier in Columbus, OH. The role combines front-desk reception with cashier responsibilities to support the dealership's customer service goals.

The position requires answering a multi-line phone system, directing calls, and maintaining the daily sales schedule and company directory. Saturday availability is required. Experience with CDK and ADP is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
• One year of reception experience in a retail facility is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answering a multi-line phone system with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department.
• Taking messages to relevant departments when calls ring back.
• Creation and distribution of the daily sales schedule and company directory.
• Provide friendly customer service while cashing out service, parts and body shop customers using CDK software.
• Handle both the cash drawer and credit card machine with accuracy.
• Pre-invoice and close service repair orders.
• Handling customer refunds.
• Receipting car deals.
• Balancing both credit card settlements and cash drawer.
