• Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department
• Taking messages to the relevant departments when calls ring back
• Creation and distribution of the daily sales schedule and company directory
• Provide friendly customer service while cashing out service, parts and body shop customers using CDK software
• Balance both credit card settlements and cash drawer
• Pre-invoice and close service repair orders
• Handling customer refunds
• Receipting car deals
