Job description

We need a Full-time Receptionist to join our team at Villaspring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Erlanger, KY.

$13.50 to $16 Per Hour

You will be responsible for serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrival; maintaining security and telecommunications systems.

*Must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintaining telecommunication systems by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
