Qualifications

Job description

Pleasant Ridge Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Rate: $17/hour
Purpose/Belief Statement:

The Receptionist maintains a friendly and positive image for the center by greeting and directing callers, visitors, and guests.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Answer telephones, determine the nature of calls, and direct callers accordingly.
  2. Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure proper delivery.
  3. Operate paging and telephone systems as required.
  4. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Provide administrative support as assigned.
  6. Participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain licensure and enhance quality of care.
  7. Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
  8. Adhere to established policies, procedures, quality improvement programs, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  1. High School diploma or GED required.
  2. Previous receptionist experience required.
  3. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
