Job summary

Luther Mazda in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Body Shop Receptionist to handle incoming calls, assist customers with collision repair needs, and assist with basic accounting tasks in AR/AP. This full-time, Monday–Friday position runs 8:00am to 5:30pm.

Body Shop Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant/ with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls into the body shop, determine the nature of the callers business, and help with their collision repair needs. This position will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable. This is a full time Monday through Friday position. The hours are 8am to 5:30pm.
