The Body Shop Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests visiting or contacting the collision repair center. This position provides administrative and guest service support by answering phones, scheduling appointments, coordinating repair updates, and assisting with office duties. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and guest-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Office-based position within a fast-paced automotive body shop environment. Frequent interaction with customers, employees, insurance representatives, and vendors. Moderate noise levels and frequent interruptions are common, with occasional extended hours based on operational needs.
