Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital in Lexington, KY seeks a friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and patients, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the veterinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary or medical reception experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers and practice management software.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Passion for animal care and client service.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other animals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments accurately.
• Manage other forms of electronic communication (i.e. Texting, Email, Fax).
• Check clients in and out, including processing payments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and client information; communicate clearly with veterinarians and technical staff.
• Manage prescription and food requests.
• Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
• Provide outstanding client education and support.

Position

Client Service Representative. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and patients and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our veterinary team.

Schedule

• Monday thru Friday (with a scheduled day off during the week)
• Rotating Saturdays
