Job summary

The Russ Darrow Group seeks a friendly Receptionist/Cashier to be the first point of contact at our dealership. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage payments, and support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and comfort with basic accounting. Dealership experience and solid Excel skills are a plus, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner.
• Handle basic accounting tasks and daily office operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite is a plus.
• Deal with payments, issue receipts and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer calls, routing to the correct department.
• Operate the switchboard and manage daily clerical tasks.
• Receive payments by cash, check or card and issue receipts.
• Assist managers with administrative duties and office coordination.

The Russ Darrow Group is actively seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming first point of contact for our dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and is comfortable handling both customer interactions and basic accounting tasks. Dealership experience and strong Excel skills are a plus.Hours: Monday - Saturday with one day off. 9 AM to 5 PMResponsibilities• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner• Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route callers to the appropriate department promptly• Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently and accurately• Receive cash, check, and credit card payments; issue receipts and make change accurately• Perform routine accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable• Assist managers and office staff with clerical and administrative duties as needed• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members• Learn dealership departments, procedures, and internal processes to assist customers efficientlyThis role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being organized, dependable, and customer-focused while contributing to a positive team environment.About UsThe Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success – and we want you to be a part of it!Are you outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and have a passion for the latest technology?
