Russ Darrow Group in Wisconsin is hiring energetic Sales Associates to meet strong customer demand. We offer comprehensive training, ongoing support from our management team, and one of the most aggressive pay plans in the state, with front- and back-end gross compensation.

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome; we provide excellent training.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives.
• Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals.
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business.
