The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. This role offers daily interaction with customers and staff in a fast-paced dealership environment, with steady first-shift hours and opportunities for training and advancement.

You will handle parts information, pricing, orders, and inventory tasks, contributing to accurate billing and efficient service. No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.

• Communicate with customers and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information.
• Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory.
• Input parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up.
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Locate and source parts when items are out of stock.
• Use parts catalogs and manuals to identify the correct parts by vehicle make, model, and year.
