Job summary

Sonrava Health in Redwood City, CA is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face of the practice. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, manage the front desk, and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and dismissal with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Respond to patient questions and concerns according to company policies
• Answer telephones and route calls appropriately
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment book
• Register patients on sign-in sheet and chart filling
• Handle cash and assist with daily financial transactions
• Maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area for patients
• Follow up on no-shows or cancellations of appointments
• Assist Office Manager and PDM with additional duties as needed
• Support local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth

• At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager or the PDM
• Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• All other duties as assigned
