Job summary

Sonrava Health in San Jose, CA is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face of the practice. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and keep the front desk welcoming and organized at our brand-new, modern dental facility.

Qualifications

• Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and dismissal with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answering telephones and responding to patient questions or concerns.
• Schedule and maintain the appointment book and confirm appointments.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet and assist with chart filling.
• Handle cash and assist with daily financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area for patients.
• Support marketing initiatives to grow new patient growth and brand awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager or PDM.

• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to companyPolicies

• Confirming Appointments
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
• Register Patients on sign in sheet
• Chart Filling
• Cash Handling
• Checking voicemail on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
• At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager or the PDM
• Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• All other duties as assigned
