Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face of our Los Angeles practice. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain a smooth front-desk flow in a modern dental setting.

Qualifications

• Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor on arrival and departure.
• Respond to patient questions or concerns per company policies.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries.
• Schedule and maintain appointment calendar.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet and chart filling as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance at end of shift.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area for patients.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to companyPolicies
• Answering Telephones
• Scheduling Appointments
• Maintaining Appointment Book
• Confirming Appointments
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
• Register Patients on sign in sheet
• Chart Filling
• Cash Handling
• Checking voicemail on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
• At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager or the PDM
• Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• All other duties as assigned
