Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face of the practice. Join a team of dental professionals at a modern, fully equipped facility operated with Western Dental / Brident Dental branding.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, charting, and handling payments with a focus on excellent customer service. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-line phone systems and basic computer use.
• Strong communication and welcoming demeanor for front-desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and acknowledge them upon arrival and dismissal.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns in line with company policies.
• Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment book.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet and ensure accurate chart filling.
• Handle cash and maintain a clean, friendly waiting area.
• Support local marketing initiatives and other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments

• Checking voicemail on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
• At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager or the PDM
• Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• All other duties as assigned
