Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face of our dental practice. Join a team of quality-oriented professionals in a modern, fully equipped clinic.

You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain the appointment book, handle cash, and support local marketing initiatives. Full-time benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, training, growth opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and acknowledge them with a smile at arrival/dismissal.
• Answering telephones and responding to patient questions or concerns.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment book.
• Register patients on sign-in and ensure chart filling is accurate.
• Cash handling and processing payments; maintain a clean waiting area.
• Support local marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager or PDM.

• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to companyPolicies
• Answering Telephones
• Scheduling Appointments
• Maintaining Appointment Book
• Confirming Appointments
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
• Register Patients on sign in sheet
• Chart Filling
• Cash Handling
• Checking voicemail on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
• At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager or the PDM
• Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• All other duties as assigned
