Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. is seeking a front-line team member to support daily shop operations and customer communications. Responsibilities include answering phones, organizing paperwork, ordering parts, and maintaining workflow to ensure smooth vehicle repairs.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and clear status updates to clients. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a customer-facing role, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to customer service and building relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively and use interpersonal skills at a high level.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
