Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused front desk associate at our Evansville, IN location. You will greet customers, handle phones, organize paperwork, and assist with parts ordering to keep the shop running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license is required; training opportunities are provided.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Organizing paperwork in shop
• Ordering parts and inventory
• Maintaining work flow in shop
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
• Coordinating transportation services
• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Following up with customer regarding their experience and soliciting reviews
