Job summary

You will deliver high levels of customer service, organize paperwork, and help maintain parts inventory. Training opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule offer steady, daytime work.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls and directing inquiries.
• Organizing shop paperwork and records.
• Ordering parts and managing inventory levels.
• Maintaining workflow within the shop for efficiency.

• Coordinating vehicle transportation as needed.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Following up with customers to gather feedback and reviews.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answering phones

• Following up with customer regarding their experience and soliciting reviews
