Lincoln of Wayne is seeking a Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator to serve as the first voice of our luxury service department. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and make outbound calls to promote maintenance and promotions.

You’ll manage a high volume of inbound calls, coordinate appointment scheduling, and also make outbound calls to promote additional business. Monday: 10:00–6:00 Tuesday: 9:00–6:00 Wednesday: 9:00–6:00 Thursday: 9:00–6:00 Friday: OFF Saturday: 8:00–4:00 Sunday: OFF
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound service calls with professionalism and care
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments using dealership CRM/DMS tools
Make outbound calls to past and prospective clients to:
Remind them of upcoming or overdue maintenance
Inform them of current recalls and currentservice promotions
Re-engage lost or inactive customers
Maintain organized records of client contact and appointments.
Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or call center role (automotive or luxury service experience preferred)
Comfortable making outbound calls to generate and retain service business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Polished, professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
