West Chicago Living and Rehab Center LLC is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, guests and staff. You will manage phones, emails and data entry while keeping the reception area organized and welcoming. Qualifications

• Must be inspired to serve the needs of our residents and communities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Point Click Care experience is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing data entry
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary tools and supplies are available
• Respond to resident requests and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and in-person interactions with ease
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Perform other duties as requested to support the team and ensure smooth operations

Tuesdays 3 pm to 11 pm 3 days a week and 6 Am-3 PM

3 days a week, 7 PM to 11 PM including every other weekend
