Job summary

Don Beyer Volvo is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Dulles area dealership. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, customers, and phone inquiries, delivering a welcoming experience and routing inquiries to the correct departments.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, scheduling service appointments, and supporting the sales and service teams. A positive attitude, reliability, and a clean driving record are essential.

• Outgoing and positive personality with customer relations ability.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones.

• Creates and administers loaner vehicle contracts.
