Job summary

HOAMCO's Trilogy at Redmond Ridge HOA in Redmond, WA is seeking a full-time receptionist for an on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation is $26-$28 per hour, DOE.

This position requires a friendly, professional presence at the front desk and a commitment to resident satisfaction. The receptionist will greet visitors, residents and vendors, answer phones, respond to emails, and provide administrative support to the site team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of admin and/or reception experience required.
• Strong administrative support skills.
• Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, greeting visitors, residents, board members, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner while maintaining a positive and organized reception area.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently, directing inquiries, providing information, and resolving routine issues promptly.
• Respond to emails and other communications from homeowners, board members and team members in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide administrative support to the site team, including preparing documents, maintaining records, scheduling meetings/appointments, and assisting with various office projects.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with homeowners/residents and board members, addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
• Support overall community operations by maintaining accurate records, processing routine request, and contributing to a smooth, resident-focused environment.
