Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors. You’ll set a welcoming tone, verify information, and assist with forms at the front desk.

Ideal candidates bring a people-first attitude, strong communication, and prior customer-facing experience in fast-paced settings. You’ll work a 3-day, 13-hour shift schedule and support a supportive team in a busy wellness environment.

Qualifications

• People-first attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience, e.g., retail or hospitality.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors — the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoy purposeful work.

No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast‑paced customer service role, you already have the skills we’re looking for — we’ll teach you everything else.
