Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet visitors, verify information, and help with forms while managing check-ins and appointments in a calm, welcoming front desk.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a people-first attitude, and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience. This part-time role is based at our Utah location with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in person or over the phone.
• Clear communication with visitors, patients, and team members.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy front-desk environments.
• Familiarity with emails, calendars, and scheduling systems.
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.).

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors — the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoy purposeful work.

No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast‑paced customer service role, you already have the skills we’re looking for — we’ll teach you everything else.
