Job summary

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is looking for a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. You will be the key person to greet and welcome visitors, staff, and residents in a respectful long-term care facility.

Your role includes assisting residents and families, managing incoming calls, and supporting various administrative tasks. We are committed to creating a supportive and positive team environment, offering competitive pay and employee appreciation events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support.
• Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred.
• Strong communications skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families and staff.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
• Support various departments and administrative tasks as assigned.

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is looking for a friendly and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. As the Receptionist, you'll be the key person to greet and welcome our visitors, staff and our residents and their families into our long term care facility.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support
• Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred
• Strong communications skills (oral and written)
• Outstanding customer service skills
