Job summary

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Full-Time or PRN options are available with a $15,000 bonus for Full Time. The role requires Wisconsin RN licensure and prior long-term care experience is preferred; strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

RN Requirements

• -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
