Medical Suites at Oak Creek in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking compassionate RN to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff to maintain high-quality care.

This position offers a $15,000 bonus for full-time staff, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN)to join our growing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

RN Requirements

• -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
