Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis is seeking a professional receptionist for a part-time night shift. You will perform front-desk duties, greet guests, manage calls, and route information to the appropriate departments.

The role supports the Quality Management team in a hospital setting. Ideal candidates possess a high school equivalency or related experience, strong communication, and reliability. Primary shifts are overnight with weekend coverage as needed, offering PTO and employee

Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas.

Education

What minimum requirements you’ll need

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

Primary shifts are overnight every other weekend: Friday nights 10:30pm-8am and Saturday 8pm-8am.

Must be able to work independently.

Successful candidates will have excellent punctuality and attendance, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
