Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a receptionist to support daily office operations at our Greeneville facility. You will answer calls, direct inquiries, and perform general clerical duties to keep the front desk organized and welcoming for patients and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or clerical experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a professional, team-oriented work environment.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.
