Job summary

Signature HealthCARE LLC in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Receptionist to provide general office support, answer calls, direct inquiries, and assist with mail distribution. This part-time position runs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on alternating Saturdays and Sundays, offering exposure to a patient-focused environment within a premier skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or office/clerical experience.

• Six months to one year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
• Provide general office support including mail distribution.
• Assist in routing messages and inquiries to the right teams and personnel.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Part time - 8a-4:30p every other Saturday and Sunday
