Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville is seeking a Receptionist to support a busy medical office environment. You will manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and handle mail distribution in a friendly, professional manner.

How You Will Make a Difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.
