Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville is seeking a Social Service Staff to support residents’ social, emotional, and psychological needs and assist in discharge planning. You will work with the Social Services Director/Coordinator to identify resident needs and coordinate care.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, professionalism, and clear communication to ensure compliance with state and federal policies and high-quality resident outcomes.

• At least one year of experience working in social work.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective Verbal and Written communication skills.

• Assist in prividing timely and accurate completion of documentation needed to comply with Facility, State, and Federal policies.

Overview

As a Social Service Staff you will assist the Social Services Director/Coordinator in identifying and providing for each resident’s social, emotional and psychological needs, and the continuing development of the resident’s full potential during his/her stay at the facility and to assist in the planning for his/her discharge.
