Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a Receptionist for Hermitage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Owensboro, KY. The role provides essential front-desk support, answering calls, routing inquiries, and handling mail distribution as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

The position is part-time (8:00 AM–4:30 PM every other Saturday and Sunday) with benefits including health and retirement options. A high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or clerical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
• Mail distribution and general office support.
• Support reception duties on a part-time schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM every other weekend).

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Part time - 8a-4:30p every other Saturday and Sunday
