More than a traditional front desk position, this role combines reception, office coordination, hospitality, and administrative support. You'll serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while helping create a welcoming, organized, and seamless office experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming calls, providing a polished and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, guest hospitality, and office events.
  • Oversee daily office needs, including supplies, deliveries, mail, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized, professional reception and common areas.
  • Provide administrative support to employees and leadership, including document preparation and meeting logistics.
  • Partner with building management, maintenance, and outside vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Proactively anticipate office needs and assist with special projects.
What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years of receptionist, office coordination, administrative, or hospitality experience.
  • Professional, personable, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently in a fast-paced professional setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives, clients, and visitors.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate in Spanish required.
  • A flexible, team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

You’ll have the opportunity to become an integral part of a well-established investment firm, working alongside accomplished professionals in an environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional service.
