Woodlands Senior Living in Maine seeks a friendly receptionist to greet visitors and manage calls at our front desk, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for residents, families, and staff.

You will maintain records, manage basic office tasks, and support a safe, organized reception area as part of our dedicated care team.

Candidates should be at least 18, provide immunization proof, and demonstrate strong English communication, joining a company that values compassionate service and community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Comfort with basic office equipment and multi-line phone systems.

What you will do as a receptionist:

• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copier and a computer.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision
