Job summary

Veterans Sourcing Group, LLC is seeking a qualified Receptionist for our Alaska General Office in Anchorage. This on-site role requires a polished, professional individual to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to clients, agents, and field management.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, scheduling meeting spaces, and supporting general office tasks. The position demands a proactive communicator and a detail-oriented multitasker;

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of receptionist experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and proactive communication via Teams and in person.

  • Book conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the General Office.
  • Troubleshoot office issues (Wi-Fi, tech support coordination).
  • Support event logistics: room setup, printing, catering, guest access.

Job description

Location: Onsite, Alaska General Office, 188 W Northern Lights Blvd Ste 1300, Anchorage, AK 99503

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM AKST

Duration: 6 months (potential extension/hire)

Dress Code

Role Summary

Fingerprinting required prior to start

FINGERPRINTING REQUIRED
On-the-job training provided, including coaching and feedback.
Interview Process

First Interview: Conducted via Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager

Second Interview: Conducted onsite with Service Leader

Team & Culture

This role will provide front desk assistance to up to 30 agents, who are considered internal "clients". The environment is fast-paced and professional, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while staying connected with leadership via Microsoft Teams.
