About The Role

The Receptionist will perform administrative, reception desk, customer facing duties (80%) as well as general facilities operations (20%). This role will include customer service, data entry, receiving goods and services for general office upkeep, answering phones, and routing calls.

Responsibilities
  • Handle calls – screen calls and route calls effectively
  • Greet clients and other visitors at the front desk. Notify appropriate staff member or take action required to have all non-employee guests sign in and wear a visitor badge.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for general information from external and internal sources.
  • Maintain front lobby and reception area for a neat and orderly appearance.
  • Receive packages and route accordingly; may distribute incoming mail and assist in sending outgoing mail and overnight courier packages.
  • Maintain agency kitchens and general facility tasks. This includes the following: unload dishwashers, make coffee, maintain cleanliness and organization of general area, clean/stock refrigerators, etc.)
  • Post conference room schedules and check conference rooms throughout the day for cleanliness.
  • Handle outgoing mail requests (including general shipping and FedEx)
  • Maintain clerical supply areas on each floor, including general organization and office supply orders
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferable in a customer service or professional office role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Worked in a team environment
  • Client and business environment; customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist.
  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion
  • Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations
  • Faced paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation

The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below. The actual salary may vary based on several factors such as business requirements, job responsibilities, skills, experience, and geographical location.

Salary Range

$52,000—$63,000 USD
