Qualifications

• 2+ years reception experience.
• Prior experience with medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to learn related center tasks and assist management and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and vendors.
• Sign patients in and out while obtaining insurance information and data.
• Enter patient data into EHR systems.
• Schedule patient appointments over the phone and at checkout desks.
• Collect outstanding balances and copays.
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
• Train new team members and provide coaching for existing team members.
• Process returned statements.
• Interviews candidates.
