Job summary

Covenant HealthCare is seeking a Support Associate to act as the first contact for patients, handling receptionist duties and data entry in RIS. You will support PACS/RIS operations and assist with imaging workflow in a patient-centered environment.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in clinical and/or medical administrative support preferred.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and basic software.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule and multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and respond to inquiries with strong customer service.
• Register patients and guide them through the service and forms process.
• Explain exam preparations for tests in Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
• Provide basic PACS/RIS/PowerScribe support as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
